The property features around 400 buildings, including special structures such as two power plants, large-scale coal bunkers with a capacity of over 50,000 m³ as well as numerous other technical and industrial facilities. The infrastructure is complemented by a railway connection of over 40 kilometers and more than 80 kilometers of road network , designed for heavy-duty traffic. Fire ponds and cisterns additionally ensure the highest safety and fire protection standards.
