Forstgut Eickhof manages the historical areas of the Eickhofer Heide with the former Werk Karl arranged between the municipalities of Liebenau and Steyerberg in the Nienburg/Weser district, the former Werk Weser in Dörverden between the Verden and Nienburg/Weser districts, the former Werk Tanne in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Goslar district in Lower Saxony, and the former Werk Krümmel in Geesthacht in the Herzogtum Lauenburg district in Schleswig-Holstein.
